I have always found these types of threads interesting, it's nice to catch up on things going on in our merry little warzone, especially as content can be hard to come by!
It looks like the Minmatar are starting to get their act back together with three systems being flipped back from the Amarr. In a pleasant and morale boosting show of force the Auner system fell to a fleet of 70+ Minmatar pilots. Even with a lot of the 'Old Guard' dropping militia it looks like the Minmatar can still field 'Burn Huola' conflict numbers if it puts its mind to it.
Also of note Lulm was flipped today after several days of militia skirmishes, Lulm being a key system in the region that has historically hosted some elements of the Minmatar Militia as a home system in the past it is possible that pressure on surrounding systems will increase.
Any one want to chip in with their own updates please do. If we can generate a narrative to the conflict again we can all share in the good fights. Lets also try to avoid too much trolling...

Flyinghotpocket wrote:with IO leaving and the real ifw also, you are not fielding burn huola numbers at all. even if you are fielding 70 man fleets that is not saying you have the experience in pvp like io and ifw did. either way your still gonna be waiting a while to get 1 or both of those.
heres a good warzone update. amarr dont care about sov anymore. you know, warzone control and all.
Nice to see you didn't biomass after all...
You should know better than anyone that you should never say never to a FW comeback, I would be surprised if the Amarr have seen the last of IO or IFW. Even if they do not return today's eager recruits are tomorrows 'Old Guard'. Mistakes are cheap in FW, you can always buy another Frigate!
Thank you for the fast response even though you are not interested, will you be pursuing a life of piracy after you drop militia now that you have no interest in the warzone? Also nice to see Biohazard make a return to Amarr Militia, the morale boost for the Minmatar is appreciated; I am seeding the Amarr market with Talwars as we speak :-)
On a serious note welcome back, we all miss out when entities leave FW entirely whether they are rage filled FC's or traitorous corps! |

So ho hum we have had a few skirmishes, a couple more systems have fallen to the righteous forces of Minmatar. Nothing much going on really....oh yes we are hearing news of a new Amarrian civil war on the go. Anyone care to fill the rest of us in? |

Well I wish the Battlemonks the best of luck, taking a stand on principle is a rare thing in EVE. (If they have principles and enjoy being the underdogs why are they Amarr militia?!?!?) I don't know about Amarrian Commandoes but Shirak Skunkworks are a real pain to try and fight if you don't have high sp pilots in fleet who can chase them down. I suspect it will be one sided and if no one lends them a hand it could just be a 'Civil Skirmish'...
Nice to know that the Amarrian Old Guard are feeding their new-bros to allied pirates though. |

Oh well...so a lot of confessors are dying in the WZ...are you SURE there is no drama? I mean that was sort of the closest thing resembling news for the warzone. How dare you have reasonable people in Amarr militia! That is blatantly copying Minmatar diplomatic doctrine. Are the days of AWOXED Tristans sparking a great fight for great justice over?
On a brighter note I achieved the noobishly impossible and got tackled in my stealth bomber during the I-HUB bash last night (double clicked cloak *sheepish*) but the gods of EVE were with me and I killed the WT with my torpedoes. :-) That's my news anyway...

There are still some good fights to be had in the warzone, just like to say thanks to Calibrated Chaos and Dirt n Glitter for bringing content to the flipping of Hadozeko last night in the form of a mostly Cruiser gang to interrupt the I-HUB bash. Our new guys had a blast and us older militia guys are always happy to help you redeem your platinum ship insurance :-)
Was good fun hope to see you again soon! |

Some good fights in Ardar over the weekend. The system finally flipped after a week of skirmishes and the contestation rate fluctuating.
At least two attempts on the I-HUB were made over the weekend with capitals being deployed at each fight. (My Stabber Fleet Issue did not get out alive) *cries*.
I understand that the Slavers have put a video of the fist I-HUB assault on the Internet (Im not sure if forum rules allow me to advertise where but it does not tale a genius...) and I believe they have videos of Sundays festivities if they choose to upload them. Good fight Amarr, see you again soon... |

Christine Peeveepeeski wrote:CC have been accepted into dead terrorists holding group as potential suitors for the title of 'dead terrorist'. They will be moving to sis which is where DT are set up right now (i suspect a semi permanent move if not permanent).
DT are in the process of taking all worthwhile moons in the area which of course is their perogative since not one ****** will engage them at all ever by choice.
Dt have a pirate blue list now as long as your arm regarding the amarr warzone, bring large fleets in the EU tz and you will be dropped by 1:1 t3/logi fleets.
Oh, and I think 2 titans and a number of SC's currently in sis, my fave being the cloaked titan sitting off top station waiting for carrier docking games.
@Minmatar, amarr have never been all powerful, you just lost all pvp corps worth a damn. Perhaps now is a good time to make my lp worth more /cough cough, I mean resurge and take back the warzone?
Good for them I guess, I wouldn't worry about DT too much once they have their moons they will get bored of picking on FW groups and move elsewhere for PVP/go inactive. Especially if they Blue everyone who might fight them.
Or the will bite off more than they can chew and get crushed by Shadow Cartel or PL. The warzone has always been like this - some bored entity with no one to fight who will drop on anything bigger than a Dessie gang.
There are plenty of us here still with our Burn Huola medals, I wouldn't count the Minmatar out of PVP just yet. Also we would be happy to take some more systems - please be patient (or log in your Minmatar alt and get Plexing yourself!) |

Well more bad news for the Minnie's I'm afraid.
Late Night Alliance seems to have further fragmented and appears dead as far faction warfare is concerned. I'm not sure how many of its ex-corps are staying with us but if they are there is not a lot of activity.
In other bad news Safety's Set to Red have also dropped militia. These guys did most of the heavy lighting to the recent Minmatar progress in the Metropolis region.
There are now only 3 active alliances in Minmatar Militia...
And 1 of them only has 9 kills this month - I sure hope it is because they have just joined.
Sorry Amarr you may have to wait a little longer to cash that LP in! |

Should be some fun and games in the warzone in the short term, the Amarr have stirred from their slumber and taken back Lamaa after a few nights of fighting. Also Todifrauan has seen plenty of fights over the last few days. As it is a system 1 jump out from an Amarr FOB and 2 jumps from an Amarr Home System there should be lots of violence to enjoy tonight as Amarr may try to bash the I-HUB. I believe the Amarr have their neutral buddies on standby we will see if the Minnie's can hold the line - whilst no Minmatar group lives in the system it is an important staging point for any future assault on the Pyre Falcons Home System, which would dislodge the only serious Amarr presence in the Metropolis region.
P.s if we lose the system tonight we did not want it anyway ;) |

We know of some arrangements between neutrals and some Amarr groups although I'm not going to broadcast them, no need to help the Amarr as a whole harmonise their blues list!
Ironically enough it all balances out anyway, when other neutrals see Amarr Militia bolstering their enemies fleets they tend to approach the Minnie's with a 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend' sort of deal.
Try not to flip the system till I'm online will you? I would like to shoot some squids... |

Shiva Makoto wrote:Seeing that someone necro'd this thread i can give a quick AAR/situation update.
After the warzone was taken and the slaves got shown their place it was more or less decided that we have to be careful or we will break our toys. And fighting plex rats is even less of a challenge than some things we've seen from the minmatar. So the focus was on pew pew and holding a few systems that we like.
After a while, countless (i think we are up to evati push number 4 or 5) attempts on evati were made by minmatar. These attempts were hilarious and i can't recall evati ever being in real danger. But I shouldn't complain about content on my doorstep.
In the same time flirts with D'n'G started and a bromance developed, a direction was needed to vent all that tension and lust between us.
Conveniently we heard rumors about the nth attempt on evati, this time the attacks wont be coming from high sec (lol) but from todifrauan, a system next door.
Seeing that minmatar didn't really learn anything from the last x attempts, us in need of a wedding ceremony and the slaves in need of a slap on the wrist, it was decided to show minmatar how to take a system. Maybe they'll learn this time?
Well not even two days later we made our bromance with D'n'G official by bashing the hub that was covered in countless minmatar wrecks.
For the last day of the push we deployed tactics stolen from elite high sec pvp groups such as catalyst fleets...with great results. There isn't much more to be said about the fights as most of them were quick and brutal.
Thanks to the few minmatar fleets that showed up from time to time and even bigger thanks to all the neutral gangs that made this not a boring plexing effort.
See you minnies again as soon as there is a system actually worth taking, maybe you learned something by that time.
#YOLOCOLO 2.0 love you D'n'G
TL;DR: Arrangements between neutrals and director spais in min mil accidentally Todifrauan, pls stop plexing my systems deplexing makes my brain go numb
Easier to necro the thread than to start a new one really. Unfortunately you guys did not wait for me like I asked - how rude...
If there have been pushes on Evati that is news to me - are you sure someone was not just looking for a fight?
Anyway, we will see you again soon no doubt. Lamaa and Todi were fun whilst they lasted - don't kid yourself on your doctrines however, we may choose to engage when we are outnumbered 2:1 and the result is normally predictable. We simply know that that's what it will take to get a fight most of the time.

Shiva hello? This isn't Reddit. I don't know what to do. HALP Edit: To the slave. https://zkillboard.com/br/33007/ totes outnumbered 2:1 there bro.
I can refresh your memory if you want?
1) The Tuskers were not helping us :). Any engagements you had with them are entirely seperate.
2) I have no idea who relentless destruction are but again they were not with us.
3) Any fights you had with NRG were seperate to your fight with Minnie Militia
4) The kill of Angus' Hurricane was not a fleet battle if I recall - in fact I think it was Tuskars who killed that in an entirely seperate engagement.
5) x2 of the pilots you quoted are sentry guns and I assume you took fire from them if you engaged neutrals on a gate at some point - again not an issue with engaging war targets.
So yes that makes the numbers more like x33 Amarr Militia (minus a few I guess, I don't remember you having a Drake for our fight on the gate also minus any double counted pods) so 26 Amarr versus at best 18 Minnie's (although about x3 were caught warping into gate camps and not warping out etc also minus double counted pods)
So by my approximated count it was 26 vs 15 in your favour when we chose to engage for our fight on the gate. Which yes you did win (gf) but yes you also outnumbered us...as I said almost 2:1.

I think they are talking about U'K, who did make an active push on more then one occasion.
Fair enough if they did their own thing. We normally wind up in Evati/Las if we have not found anything on a roam, so we Plex it a little to see if we can provoke a fight :) |

Minis please, maybe you should stick to mining for anything isk related :%)
plus if you do it in a venture you don't have to buy out jita of stabs :%)
Any time you want a fight come to Lulm, we are normally happy to oblige, if we are not there then we are roaming and someone will poke us - then again we frequently see DnG and Terp out there so you should already know this. DnG don't have a home system in the Warzone last I checked so I would be careful of accusations of worrying about getting fights off us. At least we know where to go to provoke a reaction from Pyre Falcon etc.
Bring empty pods though, Mystical Might is a sneaky smart bomber ;)

FW needs a bit of attention.
It's not really a CCP problem this time, Minmatar need more players in particular time zones really. But hey flying against the odds is the Minmatar way! Just look at our ships!
